The Company holds “International Engineering Project Overall Quality Management Operation Practice” special training
In order to improve the comprehensive understanding of the project management for international project and quality management, help the project management personnel to improve the overall quality management level and better meet the needs of company business development, a total of 60 people from Quality Inspection Department, Design Department, Construction Department, Procurement Department, Project Operation Center and Safety and Environmental Protection Department participated in the two-day BOMESC 2020 “International Engineering Project Overall Quality Management Operation Practice” special training on December 11 solstice 12.
Li Shuntong, deputy chief engineer of the company, gave the class opening speech. He emphasized that we should further improve our cognitive level and enhance our ability to identify quality risks, manage risks and total quality in project management after systematic learning and thinking.
Training course mainly focus on the introduction and characteristic analysis of international general project contracting. The course combines a large number of project operation cases, adopts classroom interaction to expand the course content, and systematically analyzes the company's quality management difficulties, and explain in detail how to carry out quality control in each business process and operation details.
During the training, the trainees actively participated in and asked questions. They had in-depth communication and discussion on various quality management problems encountered in the implementation and operation of the project, and the lecturer respond all the queries one by one. Through the study of the course system, the students realized the importance of total quality management, preliminarily mastered the methods to solve the company's quality management problems and the ability to identify and manage key quality management points in each business process. The students have gained a lot, for instance, they broadened their horizons, expanded their ideas, gained friendship and have more energy to work.
